A new version of ABASC is out

I just released version 1.2.5 of ABASC, a cross compiler for Locomotive BASIC written in Python. The package includes its own assembler (MAXAM syntax) and tools to manage DSK and CDT files.

This release includes serveral fixes and improvement here and there, making ABASC a little better and more reliable.

As always, you can find all the details, changes, documentation, and source code on the project’s GitHub page:

Version 1.3.0 is out.

The biggest change is the new CPC+ library that should make easier to access the ASIC features from regular BASIC without having to use PEEK/POKE all the time. There is a complete example in examples/cpcplus folder.
