# CPC Snapper

It is a cartridge designed primarily as a “plug-and-play” device, featuring a built-in file manager that allows you to load games directly from the cartridge itself. Here are the key features it implements:

Support for: DSK, SNA, CDT (partial)

Support for CP/M disks

Multi-load support for DSK files

Multifunction "Magic" button for disk swapping, diagnostics, and .SNA capture

Integrated buzzer simulating floppy drive sounds (Gotek-style), with volume control via the file manager

Floppy activity LED

Integrated diagnostic ROM

Direct .SNA capture to microSD

Folder navigation with identification of directories, DSK, SNA, and CDT files

Keyboard-based file search within folders

[It works on both](https://www.va-de-retro.com/foros/viewtopic.php?pstd=1&p=279518#p279518) the CPC464 and CPC6128; a version for the Plus series is currently in development.  
It is still in the final testing phase, so some details may change in the final firmware.
