Very interesting. Quite smooth. Though the road stripes are far too close together and become a bit of an issue if you have problems with strobing imagery. The roadside objects and cars could use some extra pre-calc’d sizes as well. Apart from that, this looks pretty good! ---

Yeah, the stripes on the road are giving off “random flashing” vibes rather than actual motion and the roadside objects just jump about at a speed that doesn’t entirely seem to match the stripes. It’s not a bad effort, but the Plus can definitely do better and I don’t think pitching it as focusing on “fluid movement” helps, as it’s rather overselling the results. ---

BTW, why use dithering on the road? Plus has got, ehm, the Plus palette.
