# Two CPC hardware Google searches

The Google searches below give some interesting results:

- Using only the hardware contained in the original CPC 6128 would it be possible to optimise the design?
- using only the hardware contained in the original CPC 6128 would it be possible to optimise the design for games?

Unfortunately as I know very little about hardware I can’t really judge how feasible the options shown would have been…

Why Google (I guess you mean he AI overview) and not some chatbot?

No just the standard Goggle search.

I was curious to see if any major changes could have been made but rather than that it looks more like a number of tweaks would have been possible.

It’s difficult to comment on the results of your Google search, given that it will generate a different response based on the history of the person searching.

I just got a lot of vague statements about things programmers could do, some of which are not entirely accurate and some of which of oft repeated nonsense like the idea it’s possible to pixel scroll the screen using the CRTC (yes if you read the Compendium there are tricks which can sort of do it but they’re mostly utterly impractical from a game perspective)
