The MC0044D board questions

So happy the Forum is back! Thanks so much to Gryzor and everyone who made it possible.

I had a question about the MC0044D board. On my 15khz LCD there are very faint vertical lines. I have only had one previously a number of years back and I seem to remember the same faint lines in the output. I was thinking power. Now this board - someone had made a jumper due to broken power jack trace - I thought cleaning it up may help - I desoldered and made a solid connection with thicker wire but it is basically the same and I am wondering if maybe these boards are like that?

Anche questa scheda problematica ha un volume basso sia dallo altoparlante che dal jack di uscita audio. Non riesco a risolvere neanche questo problema.

Per la cronaca: sono riuscito a risolvere il problema dell’audio (caso mai qualcun altro ci stessi combattendo). Ho dovuto sostituire il resistore R301 e il condensatore elettrolitico C301 sulla scheda della piastra a cassette. Trovo comunque che queste schede più recenti siano un po’ meno tolleranti con i convertitori da RGB a LCD, ma via Scart si vede bene.
