Just to let you know.
Though Discourse has an official app that does some basic stuff like notifications (since CPCwiki is registered on it), you can also install the forum as an app through your browser and it works really well, from what I’ve found!
Thought some of you may be interested in it.

I found that the website works very well on mobile, complete, amooth and all so I’ll stay on that for now.

The only drawback I have with the forum as an app is that notifications are not reliable, but that probably has to do with my system settings.

Are you saying we should use the Discourse App, or are you suggesting we shall use the browser feature (deploy as app) on iPhone? The later lets it look like an app but in reality it is just the browser?

Yes indeed it’s a browser. It’s just for those who like to have some sites as separate apps, no other real benefits I think.

Actually looking at it apart from having a really prominent “bookmark” (since it’s a separate icon) and the system-integrated notifications, you gain space since it strips away the address bar, toolbars, tabs etc. Much cleaner.
I do have it as such, but I guess I’m not the typical user
