OK - are you able to use a PC with a 3.5” floppy drive to copy the 180KB images to that, then move the floppy drive to a 6128?
That method works 100%, as it’s what I used.
if you’re unable to do that, then message me back and I’ll have a go at copying from M4 when I next turn my Amstrad on…
No I don’t. Please let me know if you find a way to transfer them using only a CPC (from M4 to real discs). Thanks again, for your help.
OK, the Simulant CPC Disc Toolkit v1.1 has now been released.
This should now allow you to copy those pesky Batman discs without too many problems, just use the Low-level Copy option on the Power Tools menu

Pre-buy question: If I run Toolkit v1.1 .dsk from M4, then will I be able to select another .dsk from M4 to copy over physical disc?
Yes this is correct. The latest version comes with an M4 tool for this very purpose and will copy your Batman discs from the m4 SD card to your physical disc drive on A: or B:

Today I managed to copy Batman Forever images from M4 SD card to real discs using your tool and it worked like a charm. Thanks again for this awesome piece of software.
I’m really pleased it worked and is useful to you. That Batman demo is one of the coolest demos on any 8-bit system, and definitely worth keeping on physical media!
I’ma bit late to this, and am Very glad you got it to work, I have done this previously using CPC 6128 with a Gotek B drive with the 3 DSK files on it, and Xexor to backup from B → A.
Although to be fair It runs better from a 3.5inch disc in a B drive and zero disc swaps 
and still has real media feel since I have had a 3.5 inch drive on the CPC since I had a “Microstyle Superdrive” on my CPC 464 with DDI-1
