Spectrum Next (aka my new CPC)

CPC hardware

My Spectrum Next (magenta model) is shipping very soon.

I plan to use it as a way to play CPC things but I will also try the C64 mode. My hope is that I can go back and find games from all three platforms and play the new releases each month.

Did anyone else pick one up?

Yeah, I got one (a black one) as I’m vaguely curious about the machine. Will definitely be trying out the alternative machines like CPC, C64 and Sam Coupé

Didn’t realize it would do a Sam Coupe. That’ll be interesting to see.

I am going for magenta too.
Not sure that I will use it a lot, but curiosity killed my wallet.
